Lanarkshire Hearing Centre's mission is to aspire to serve the hearing & well being needs for the whole of Lanarkshire.Although our main centre is in Hamilton in South Lanarkshire we have clinics in Lanark South Lanarkshire & Motherwell North Lanarkshire.
We appreciate that not all our clients may be able to make these clinics therefore we offer home visits across the whole of South & North Lanarkshire as well as Glasgow and its surrounding areas.
Things to consider when asking for a home visit
We carry out home visits to help the most vulnerable people who can’t access regular services across Lanarkshire. We find that people who are in most need of a home visit tend to be housebound, may be in hospital or have real difficulty with travel. These patients have the longest waiting times or most inconvenience for any type of appointment due to stretched resources across public services . We kindly ask that you keep this in mind when making a home visit enquiry and help us keep these slots for the people who need it most.If you are able and its convenient please help us by visiting our centre. This will leave the home visit appointments for those that need it most. We will always try our best to accommodate your wishes so please ask us and we will try and deliver the service you need.
